Registration Period (JAPAN STANDARD TIME)

• Early bird registration: until June 15, 2025, 23:59 JST
• Standard registration: from June 16, 2025 to Aug. 31, 2025, 23:59 JST

Registration Fees

• JAS Members are requested JAS member’s number for registration.
• Post-graduate students are requested to register according to their membership categories.
• Those who register as medical staff are requested to submit their ID, such as name card, business card, or items that can proof your status.
• Junior residents and students (undergraduate degree) registration is free. Please upload the proof of status (student ID or resident ID) from the registration system.

How to register

• We only accept credit card payment.
• Accepted Credit Card: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club Please note that no other payment method is accepted, including bank transfer.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Once you complete the registration, the confirmation message and receipt are sent automatically. However, the reply message is sent in Japanese. Please confirm the secretariat office (jas57@sunpla-mcv.com) once you complete your registration and payment. We will send you a confirmation message and receipt in English.

1. Please connect to https://medicalprime.jp/?lang=en.

   

2. Create your new account from “Sign-up” button. Fill in the columns, and finally click the "Proceed to confirmation screen" button, please.

   

3. You will receive an email from "Medical Prime メディカルプライム”. Click the URL in the body of the email.
4. Sorry to trouble you, but please connect to https://medicalprime.jp/?lang=en again.
   Please click “Log-in” or “MENU” and fill in your e-mail address and password.

   

5. Scroll down and select “第57回日本動脈硬化学会総会・学術集会”

   

6. Click on the red band, and enter the items, and finally click the "Register" button, please.

   

7. Across the confirmation page, connect to the payment page. Please click “Next” button.

   

8. Please input your credit card information.
   The accepted credit card types are VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club.

   

9. After the payment is completed, you can download the participation certificate and receipt from My Page. Please login “Medical Prime” and click ☟ below.

   

For participation on-site, please download your certification of attendance and bring it with you to the reception desk, we will provide the name card.

Please note that you are requested to wear it with you while you are at the venue.
